THE ARBORUS ASSOCIATION<\/h2>\n

For the promotion of women in decision-making since 1995<\/h4>\n

Arborus is an association under the French law of 1901 whose purpose is the promotion of women in decision-making.<\/p>\n

The association was founded in 1995 by Cristina LUNGHI, based on pragmatic observations and on a proposal to change the system of organization of the Society from the despecialization of the social roles of women and men, the valorization of female talents in particular and differences in general.<\/p>\n

It is recognized for its expertise at the national, European and international levels with the creation of the Arborus Fund.<\/p>\n

Arborus has contributed to all the major legislative advances of the last 15 years through its participation in the public debate on these subjects and through its efforts to develop the special relationship between the business world and the public authorities.<\/p>\n

Cristina Lunghi, was in charge of a mission in 2003\/2004 with Nicole Ameline, Minister of Equality and Parity, for the elaboration of the Equality Label, launched by the government in 2004 and delivered by AFNOR Certification.<\/p>\n

From 2005 to 2018, Cristina Lunghi was the moderator of the Equality Label CLUB, which was inaugurated in 2005 at the Ministry in the presence of the companies holding this label.<\/p>\n

For 12 years, this Club has proposed a network of labeled companies and thematic working groups.<\/p>\n

This club was at the origin of the progress made on the Afnor label reference framework until the establishment of the Alliance between the equality and diversity label.<\/p>\n

Arborus and the Equality Label Club have produced numerous studies and books.<\/p>\n

Today this CLUB is preparing a metamorphosis.<\/p>\n

Since 2004, Arborus has been leading a solidarity action in favor of gender equality in the workplace: La Courte \u00e9chelle by Arborus<\/p>\n

Arborus created as part of the Ministry of Women's Rights action in 2016 an anti-sexist App: Respect Me,<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

LA COURTE \u00c9CHELLE<\/h2>\n

The Courte Echelle is a volunteer project that was launched by the Arborus association on May 5, 2004, at the Cercle R\u00e9publicain, in the presence of Simone Veil.
\nThis is a sponsorship scheme, which aims to initiate a general movement of solidarity between women with positions of responsibility in companies or administrations, the sponsors, and young schoolgirls, during their internship to discover the company, the godmothers. The recipe of the short scale is :<\/strong><\/p>\n

- 1 college in a ZEP<\/h4>\n

- 1 company committed to professional and social diversity<\/h4>\n

- A desire for solidarity and benevolence<\/h4>\n

- Arborus makes the link with the possibility of animation in class on gender (depending on availability of volunteers)<\/h4>\n

- On the day of the course, the president of Arborus or a volunteer, depending on availability, will welcome you.<\/h4>\n

- Provision of the KIT of the Courte Echelle by Arborus<\/h4>\n

- During the course, two workshops can be held:<\/h4>\n

- Moving towards gender diversity<\/h4>\n

RESPECT ME, THE ANTI-SEXIST APP<\/h2>\n

Every year, the Equality Label Club does something noteworthy. In 2016, it tackled sexism and created with Arborus, the Respect Me app, an immediate retort to sexism. A way to talk about the subject from a distance and allow individual awareness without making people feel guilty.<\/p>\n

The application is part of the \"Sexism, not our kind!\" campaign launched by the Ministry of Families, Children and Women's Rights.
\nA new, more collaborative and informative version of Respect Me has been available since March 2017.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
