CAMFIl and SODEXO were present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The subject of parenthood was discussed.\ndiscussed. The legal framework in Belgium is not very restrictive, which leaves a great deal of\ncompanies to do...or not to do! We have\nnoted some interesting initiatives based on trust and flexibility.\nflexibility. Enlightened managers are needed to make organizational systems evolve.\norganizational systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The evolution of the labor market and\nthe need to respond to employees' expectations (see Randstad studies) make it essential to take actions that\nnon-discrimination, inclusion, quality of life at work, flexibility\nmeaning, and sustainable development.
