The agenda included a benchmark between the GEEIS label and the Italian standard on gender equality in the workplace \"UNI\/Pdr sulla Parit\u00e0 di Genere\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is clear that GEEIS enables us to adopt a strategic and developmental vision of D&I policy. Moreover, the diversity-related aspects covered by GEEIS make it more attractive than the standard limited to gender equality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The international nature of GEEIS is also a considerable asset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Italian standard is considered highly bureaucratic and time-consuming. On the other hand, its tax advantages and positioning for public tenders are major advantages, especially for SMEs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
