Ms. Missika leads the work on gender equality through the SIGI database. She created and directs the network of foundations working on development (netFWD), as well as the OECD Centre on Philanthropy, which provides data and analysis on philanthropy in the South.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Missika returned to the OECD in 2012 from the UNDP Bureau for Conflict, where she was in charge of a portfolio of fragile and post-conflict states in Africa.
