Past DGA of ANDRH, then Director of the FACE Foundation after a career in the private sector, she is also well known for her 25 years of associative commitment to equality, diversity and discrimination; vice-president of Arborus, national spokesperson and co-manager of the employers' section of L'Autre Cercle, member of the Labo de l'Egalité Steering Committee.
A former regional councillor and Vice-President of Elus/es Contre les Violences faite aux Femmes, she was a member of the HALDE Advisory Committee and sits on the Label Alliance Commission.
She is an Officer in the National Order of Merit.
