The awarding of this label illustrates Orange's commitment to digital equality and is in line with the signature of

of the International Charter for Inclusive AI launched on April 21, 2020 and is intended to be a reference for all

companies committed to diversity and inclusion.

The GEEIS-AI label was set up by the Arborus Endowment Fund, which entrusted Bureau Veritas Certification with the audits.

The GEEIS-AI repository makes it possible to raise awareness of the entire AI development chain, from its design to its operation.

For this audit, Orange has mobilized a wide range of skills and expertise to serve its entire ecosystem. This applies in particular to human resources management processes in order to guarantee their non-discriminatory nature, while promoting gender diversity in the AI professions, a major challenge for the future.

Elizabeth Tchoungui, Director of CSR, Diversity and Solidarity at Orange, said: "Orange is fully committed to contributing to the development of a society of trust. We are defending a responsible and inclusive vision of digital technology in order to build a more open, fairer and more egalitarian society. Obtaining the GEEIS-AI label is part of this proactive approach by Orange.

Cristina Lunghi, would like to congratulate ORANGE for leading the way!

AI has become a major issue both from the point of view of human resources management and social ethics more broadly. Moreover, the place of women in particular is essential in the whole AI construction chain, if we want to prepare a better world.

Arborus awaits you in large numbers to create together the foundations of an inclusive society, respectful of the Other, thanks to and with a trustworthy AI" says Cristina Lunghi.
