The Courte Echelle project is once again underway at the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industry. This mentoring project, led by the Arborus association, allows young girls from disadvantaged neighborhoods to discover traditionally male professions or fields where there are few women from social and/or ethnic "diversity".

As a partner in this solidarity program, Bercy once again welcomes ten young girls and two boys for their college internship. In addition to providing an opening on the fight against stereotypes and gender equality, this project allows these young people to access a network of role models and to have support outside their social environment, in order to facilitate their future professional insertion.

This sponsorship project is open to any structure that wishes to participate.
