Valérie Lion, former deputy editor-in-chief of the Economy department of the magazine l'Express, has been appointed editor-in-chief of "Somme toutes". An editorial line that focuses on women's careers, their stories, studies and figures that show their impact on the economy. It also gives the floor to female experts. "Equality can save the planet" is her vision for overcoming the climate and social challenges facing the world. Her postulate is to make equality between women and men the priority of the system change that is urgently needed. How can we imagine sustainable solutions if the first imbalance (between women and men) has not been resolved? Visionary companies have not been mistaken and have understood that economic development can only be achieved on this condition. This is why some of them are involved in an international certification project supported by Arborus, the GEEIS label, a tool for structuring and measuring HR inclusion policies, as well as in a new challenge launched by Arborus that will lead to a GEEIS-SDG Trophy next September at the United Nations in New York. This will be a demonstration by example that equality between women and men generates actions that can be applied to women all over the world and that save the planet!
