Head, Networks, Partnerships and Gender Equality Division OECD Development Centre

Ms Bathylle Missika is Head of the Networks, Partnerships and Gender Equality Division at the OECD Development Centre. Ms. Missika leads the work on gender equality through the SIGI database. She created and directs the network of foundations working on development (netFWD), as well as the OECD Centre on Philanthropy, which provides data and analysis on philanthropy in the South.

Ms. Missika returned to the OECD in 2012 from the UNDP Bureau for Conflict, where she was in charge of a portfolio of fragile and post-conflict states in Africa. She was also deputy coordinator of the UNDP Governance Thematic Trust Fund.

Ms. Missika is a graduate of Sciences Po in Paris (Public Service), holds a degree in International Affairs from Tufts University and a Masters in International Relations and Economics from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington DC.
