Today we launched the 7th edition of the Short Ladder with the Ministry of Finance. Signing of the charter of the Courte échelle.... Tomorrow we will go to CAMFIL, then to Herbert Smith, etc....
The short ladder was launched 15 years ago in 2004 under the patronage of a great lady, Mrs. Simon Weil.
Since then, many young girls have had mentors to accompany them on a journey of professional diversity.
This morning, I reminded the girls at Francois Villon High School that they had a great opportunity to participate in this action.
Solidarity is like friendship or love: it is a two-way street!
